I was really surprised by what I found out about Morgan Services

“I was really surprised by what I found out about Morgan Services. I am an independent contractor and have been contracting with them for the last year. What impressed me the most was their ability to work with me and work out a deal that was perfect for me. I didn’t want to hire any large demolition crew to take care of the demolishing job, or a local company that didn’t have the experience or reputation to do the job properly. I was really impressed by what I learned about them.”

“After a thorough inspection of the property, we determined it was time to start the process of removing the contents of the home. The contractor suggested an interior demolition service take care of the job, but we had different thoughts. Several things came into play during the inspection that we decided we needed to address. We wanted the demolition team to use top-quality equipment so that we could be confident in the work they were doing. We also didn’t want them destroying the interior of my home. The overall goal for the project was to improve the curb appeal and value of the home as well as remove the bulk of the debris and unwanted items from the property.”

The first thing the interior demolition service did was tear down the fence surrounding the house. Once that was completed, they then moved in to demolish the home extension. “The demolition crew did a fantastic job of removing the three story old brick home extension,” says Mike. “A few of the walls had to be removed because they were starting to cave in. However, all of the interior bricks were out so we could begin to rebuild the deck and patio area. All of the walls were removed and the demolition crew removed the concrete covering the walls and allowed that to come down as well.”

“I was very pleased with the way the demolition contractor handled the exterior demolition work,” adds Mike. “I have been remodeling properties for over 20 years and have never been happier with the service I receive from a demolition company. They always stay within the budget and also keep their demolition equipment insured so that is something we strive to do as owners as well. The cleanup process left the land sparkling and well-maintained.” The overall results were impressive when the interior demolition service completed the commercial clients’ projects.

“We have used several different demolition services over the years and we are very pleased with our current company,” says Ray. “They provide a clean, safe environment for employees while at the same time providing a safe work environment for the clients’ property. The demolition services are very timely and the work is done on time. They are able to remove everything without having to disturb any of the neighbors. This is vital to our client’s privacy and it allows them to move forward with their plans.”

Ray continued, “I was very happy that all of the concrete in the basement was removed so that we could begin remodeling the commercial space. I was also happy that the demolition service came in to remove the steel and insulation so that we could begin to build back up the walls. It makes everything safer for my employees and customers.” The commercial demolition expert goes on to explain how the demolition team worked together to ensure the site was safe and they were able to remove all of the concrete in only five days.

The demolition crew used a robotic system called “Progammon” which was programmed to assess the area to be demolished. The Progammon robot was then connected to a camera so that an image of the entire site could be uploaded to a computer for further analysis. The computerized analysis of the images showed all the wall removal potentials and the best demolition site selection could be made. Once the demolitionists selected the site, heavy trucks were used to remove all of the debris from the area. Most of the material would then be either recycled or set aside for re-use.

The most important aspect of the job is the preparation of the work site before demolition work can commence. It is vitally important that any machinery or appliances being used in the demolition work must be ready to use in advance. Any machinery or appliances that are not ready can lead to damage or injury to people and/or property. No matter how much care has been put into preparing the site, it is often overlooked. Interior demolition companies have extensive construction experience and they do their homework before starting any demolition work.
